This salad dressing is perfect for adding a fresh citrus taste.
Our Espresso Martini Marmalade is produced with Blood Oranges, Gin, Campari & Red Vermouth.
Here's what you'll need:
80ml olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons negroni marmalade
4 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
2 teaspoons grated lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together.
Cover in the fridge for an hour.
Serve. Perfect for barbecues.
