Espresso Martini Marmalade Ice Cream

I'd describe this as a really grown up ice cream and it can be as simple or intricate as you make it.

The perfect after dinner dessert, it's easy and delightful for dinner parties and dates.

Our Espresso Martini Marmalade is produced with Blood Oranges, Coffee Liqueur, Vodka & Coaltown Coffee Black Gold no3.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 - 6 hot cross buns

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of Espresso Martini Marmalade per 100 grams

  • 1 lime zest

  • coffee beans (to decorate)

  • 2 biscotti biscuits per person

  • 2 tablespoons of Dark & Stormy Marmalade (you could always add more)

  • 1 shot of coffee liqueur (optional)


  • We used a mixer to beat the marmalade and ice cream together. You could however fold this in by hand.

  • Line a pudding basin with cling film, make sure that you leave enough room that you can pull it out (this will give you the round shape we had). Add your ice cream and then cover with cling film again. Freeze this for at least 30s minutes prior to serving.

  • Once you're ready to serve garnish, remove the ice cream from the pudding basin and garnish with lime zest, coffee beans and biscotti biscuits. You may like to add a drizzle coffee liqueur over the top for a touch more booze.
