Deconstructed Crumble (Tutti Frutti Jam)

It's unbelievable how easy this recipe this is and it will have you coming back, time and time again.

This is essentially the recipe for a crumble topping but repurposed

Our Tutti Frutti Jam is produced with Cherries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackcurrants and Redcurrants.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 345 grams rolled oats

  • 200 grams desiccated coconut

  • 150 grams flaked almonds

  • 75 grams of brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cardamon

  • 225ml rapeseed oil

  • greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream (as required)

  • tutti frutti jam (as required)


  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix all your dry goods together, then pour over your rapeseed oil. Bake on the bottom shelf of your oven for 35 minutes, turning over twice.

  • Wait for a few minutes for the granola mix to cool. Serve with greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream and jam.

  • Store the rest of your granola mix in a sealed jar and use again.
