It's unbelievable how easy this recipe this is and it will have you coming back, time and time again.
This is essentially the recipe for a crumble topping but repurposed
Our Tutti Frutti Jam is produced with Cherries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackcurrants and Redcurrants.
Here's what you'll need:
345 grams rolled oats
200 grams desiccated coconut
150 grams flaked almonds
75 grams of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cardamon
225ml rapeseed oil
greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream (as required)
tutti frutti jam (as required)
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix all your dry goods together, then pour over your rapeseed oil. Bake on the bottom shelf of your oven for 35 minutes, turning over twice.
Wait for a few minutes for the granola mix to cool. Serve with greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream and jam.
Store the rest of your granola mix in a sealed jar and use again.
