Dark & Stormy Marmalade Brownies

These rich, stick chocolate brownies are gluten & dairy free and produced with our sark & stormy marmalade for an added bite. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert, or leave to cool before storing in an airtight container for an afternoon treat

A massive thank you to Delicious Alchemy for gifting us with the brownie mix. Our Dark & Stormy Marmalade is produced with Blood Oranges, Ginger, Lime & The Duppy Share Caribbean Rum. Here's what you'll need:

  • 400 grams delicious alchemy chocolate brownie mix

  • 2 large eggs

  • 100 grams dairy free spread (or unsalted butter)

  • 3 tablespoons dark & stormy marmalade


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C if your oven is fan assisted. Line the side of a 20cm square tin with greaseproof paper, make sure the paper sticks out above the rim of the tin.

  • Tip your brownie mix, marmalade and melted dairy free spread (or unsalted butter) into a bowl. Stir until it forms a batter. Lightly beat the eggs and add to the mix and combine well.

  • Pour the batter into the tin and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 - 22 minutes. Leave in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy, Rogue #DarkandStormyMarmalade #Brownies #DairyFree #GlutenFree #Dessert
