These rich, stick chocolate brownies are gluten & dairy free and produced with our sark & stormy marmalade for an added bite. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert, or leave to cool before storing in an airtight container for an afternoon treat
A massive thank you to Delicious Alchemy for gifting us with the brownie mix. Our Dark & Stormy Marmalade is produced with Blood Oranges, Ginger, Lime & The Duppy Share Caribbean Rum. Here's what you'll need:
400 grams delicious alchemy chocolate brownie mix
2 large eggs
100 grams dairy free spread (or unsalted butter)
3 tablespoons dark & stormy marmalade
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C if your oven is fan assisted. Line the side of a 20cm square tin with greaseproof paper, make sure the paper sticks out above the rim of the tin.
Tip your brownie mix, marmalade and melted dairy free spread (or unsalted butter) into a bowl. Stir until it forms a batter. Lightly beat the eggs and add to the mix and combine well.
Pour the batter into the tin and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 - 22 minutes. Leave in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy, Rogue #DarkandStormyMarmalade #Brownies #DairyFree #GlutenFree #Dessert
