This comforting lunch is quick and easy, perfect for Sunday snacking.
Our Bravado Chilli Pepper adds a delicious heat to any meal, produced with Red Peppers, Chillies & Scotch Bonnet Peppers. Here's what you'll need:
1 sourdough bread loaf, sliced
200g cheddar, grated
1 tablespoon Bravado
chorizo, diced (optional)
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together the cheese & bravado, spread over the your sliced sourdough bread. I tend to mix our bravado with the cheese, as it provides consistency when serving.
Place the bread slices on a roasting dish and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling. Serve warm and garnish with parsley for colour.
