Bravado Cheese on Toast

This comforting lunch is quick and easy, perfect for Sunday snacking.

Our Bravado Chilli Pepper adds a delicious heat to any meal, produced with Red Peppers, Chillies & Scotch Bonnet Peppers. Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 sourdough bread loaf, sliced

  • 200g cheddar, grated

  • 1 tablespoon Bravado

  • parsley (optional)

  • chorizo, diced (optional)


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together the cheese & bravado, spread over the your sliced sourdough bread. I tend to mix our bravado with the cheese, as it provides consistency when serving.

  • Place the bread slices on a roasting dish and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling. Serve warm and garnish with parsley for colour.

  • It's worth serving with a salsa of diced red onion, tomato, parsley and balsamic vinegar, in order to add more texture. Enjoy, Rogue #Bravado #Cheese #Snacking #Lunch #Toast
