Tutti Frutti Loaded Croissant

  • Figs x 2 
  • Croissants x 2 
  • Prosciutto x 60g 
  • Rocket x 100g 
  • Tutti Frutti Jam x 2 teaspoons 

    STEP ONE:

    Bake the croissants and slice them in half lengthways. Layer the loaded croissant with sliced fig, rocket, prosciutto and Tutti Frutti Jam.
