ingredients
- Custard x 200ml
- Double Cream x 200ml
- Sponge Cake x 200g
- Strawberries x 50g
- Raspberries x 100g
- Strawberry & Tonka Bean Jam x 1 jar
STEP ONE:
Rip apart the pre bought sponge cake, whisk the double cream and halve the strawberries. In a large glass bowl layer the sponge, cream, custard, raspberries, strawberries and Strawberry & Tonka Bean Jam. Finish with a final layer of double cream.
