Strawberry & Tonka Bean Trifle

ingredients

  • Custard x 200ml 
  • Double Cream x 200ml 
  • Sponge Cake x 200g 
  • Strawberries x 50g 
  • Raspberries x 100g 
  • Strawberry & Tonka Bean Jam x 1 jar 

    STEP ONE:

    Rip apart the pre bought sponge cake, whisk the double cream and halve the strawberries. In a large glass bowl layer the sponge, cream, custard, raspberries, strawberries and Strawberry & Tonka Bean Jam. Finish with a final layer of double cream.
