- Sweetened Condensed Milk x 397g can
- Double Cream x 600ml
- Vanilla Essence x 1 teaspoon
- Caster Sugar x 20g
- Strawberries x 400g
- Strawberry & Tonka Bean Jam
Place the condensed milk, cream, sugar and vanilla into a large bowl and beat with a whisk until thick. Spoon into a large loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze until solid.
Remove 10 minutes before serving and slice the strawberries. Place the ice cream, strawberries and Strawberry & Tonka Bean Jam in an ice cream dish and build your ultimate strawberries and cream.
