ingredients
- Radicchio x 1
- Smoked Mackerel x 200g
- Rocket x 400g
- Red Onion x 1
- Blood Orange x 1
- Dark & Stormy Marmalade x 2 Tablespoons
STEP ONE:
Add 2 tablespoons of Dark & Stormy Marmalade to a pan over medium heat. Lay the smoked mackerel into the glaze and turn gently so that each piece is covered evenly.
STEP TWO:
Mix the rocket, radicchio and segmented blood orange and lay the glazed smoked mackerel on top.
