Rogue Grilled Peach Salad

ingredients

  • Peaches x 4 
  • Rocket x 200g 
  • Radicchio x 1
  • Mozzarella Ball x 1 
  • Prosciutto x 80g 
  • Sherry Vinegar x 1 tablespoon 
  • Blood Orange & Vanilla Marmalade x 1 tablespoon 

STEP ONE:

Slice the peaches in halves and remove their stones. Place on the barbecue grill over a high heat for a few minutes until lightly charred. Assemble the salad by combining the rocket, radicchio, prosciutto and tearing the mozzarella.

STEP TWO:

Combine the sherry vinegar and Blood Orange & Vanilla Marmalade to make the salad dressing. Place the grilled peaches on top of the salad and drizzle with the Rogue summer salad dressing.
