- Prosecco x 500ml
- Sparkling Water x 500ml
- In the Welsh Wind Gin x 250ml
- Strawberries x 50g
- Blackberries x 50g
- Raspberries x 50g
- Mint
- Ice
- Raspberry & Violet Gin Jam x 4 tablespoons
STEP ONE:
Place the Raspberry & Violet Gin Jam into the serving glasses. Combine the In the Welsh Wind Gin, Prosecco and sparkling water in a jug over ice. Add the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and sprigs of mint and stir well.
