  • Sparkling Water x 500ml 
  • In the Welsh Wind Gin x 250ml 
  • Strawberries x 50g
  • Blackberries x 50g 
  • Raspberries x 50g
  • Mint 
  • Ice
  • Raspberry & Violet Gin Jam x 4 tablespoons 


Place the Raspberry & Violet Gin Jam into the serving glasses. Combine the In the Welsh Wind Gin, Prosecco and sparkling water in a jug over ice. Add the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and sprigs of mint and stir well.
