- Brussel Sprouts x 250g
- Smoken Bacon x 4 rashers (diced)
- Cranberries x 50g
- Pecans x 50g
- Olive Oil
- Negroni Marmalade x 2 tablespoons
STEP ONE:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a cast iron pan or a baking tray combine slices of bacon, Brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper and Negroni Marmalade and toss to combine. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. During the last 5-10 minutes of roasting, turn them over for even browning. Once roasted, add toasted pecans, cranberries and more Negroni Marmalade.
