Kickin' & Smokin' Burgers

STEP ONE:

Remove the burgers from their packaging, season with salt and pepper and place on the barbecue grill over a medium heat. Grill for 10 minutes and finish by adding a layer of cheese on each individual burger.



STEP TWO:

Lightly toast a brioche bun on the grill. When the burgers are cooked and the cheese is melted, remove from the grill. Build your burgers inside the toasted brioche buns with layers of rocket, red onion and a generous amount of Kickin’ & Smokin’ Sauce.
