ingredients
- Thick Double Cream x 300ml
- Greek Yogurt x 500g
- Caster Sugar x 60g
- Espresso Martini Marmalade
- Fruit (optional)
STEP ONE:
Combine the sugar, cream and Greek yogurt in a freezer friendly container lined with baking paper.
STEP TWO:
Fold in a generous helping of Espresso Martini Marmalade and freeze for at least 1 hour.
STEP THREE:
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with your favourite fruits.
