Espresso Martini Fried Bananas

  • Bananas x 4 
  • Eggs x 2 
  • Flour x 50g 
  • Cinnamon x 10g
  • Nutmeg x 10g 
  • Caster Sugar x 10 
  • Sourdough Bread x 2 slices 
  • Ricotta x 200g 
  • Almonds x 50g 
  • Water x 1 tablespoon 


    Slice the bananas in half and roll them in flour, egg wash, and then a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Place the bananas in a pan over a medium heat with additional butter for frying. Toast the slices of sourdough and layer with the ricotta. 


    Place the Espresso Martini Marmalade in a pan over a medium heat with the water until a glaze is formed. Top with the fried bananas with the Espresso Martini Marmalade glaze, chopped almonds and a dusting of cinnamon.
