- Hispi Cabbage x 1
- Dukka x 100g
- Pine Nuts x 100g
- Fresh Lemon x 1
- Water
- Olive Oil (for frying)
- Dark & Stormy Marmalade x 2 tablespoons
STEP ONE:
Slice the hispi cabbage lengthways into 4. Place a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry until the edges are golden brown and the cabbage is soft. Remove from the cabbage from the pan and add two tablespoons of Dark & Stormy Marmalade and a dash of water. When the Dark & Stormy Marmalade has turned into a glaze then drizzle over the hispi cabbage. Top with dukka, and some toasted pine nuts and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
