- Chipolata's x 20
- Smoked Streaky Bacon x 20
- Fresh Rosemary
- Saly & Pepper
- Cracking Plum & Cranberry Jam
STEP ONE:
Wrap a single rasher of smoked streaky bacon around each Chipolata sausage. Place under the grill or into a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for 10 -15 minutes until done.
STEP TWO:
Serve with salt and pepper to taste, fresh rosemary and a generous amount of Cracking Plum & Cranberry for dipping.
