Cauliflowers Cheese & Bravado Chilli Pepper Jam Sando

ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread x 2 slices 
  • Gruyere x 50g (sliced) 
  • Chives 
  • Stuffing 
  • Cauliflower Cheese 
  • Salt & Pepper 
  • Bravado Chilli Pepper Jam x 2 tablespoons 

    STEP ONE:

    Use any left-over cauliflower cheese and stuffing for this indulgent grilled sandwich. Build the sandwich between two large slices of sourdough bread, buttered on both sides. Fill the sandwich with cauliflower cheese, stuffing and a generous amount of Bravado Chilli Pepper Jam.

    STEP TWO:

    Fry both sides of the sandwich in a frying pan that is also oven safe. When the bread is fried and crispy, place slices of gruyere cheese on the top and place in the oven until fully melted.

    STEP THREE:

    Remove from the oven and top with salt, pepper and chives and serve with more Bravado Chilli Pepper Jam.
