Bravado Gnocchi

ingredients

  • Gnocchi x 200g 
  • Basil x Bunch 
  • Lemon x 1 
  • Cherry Tomatoes x 100g
  • Bravado Chilli Pepper Jam x Tablespoons 

STEP ONE:

Boil the Gnocchi for two minutes in salted water before draining and transferring to a pan over medium heat. Fry the gnocchi until crisp (approx. 3 mins) and add the cherry tomatoes and two tablespoons of Bravado Chilli Pepper Jam until all the gnocchi is completely coated.

STEP TWO:

Remove from the heat, incorporate the fresh basil leaves and the juice of 1 lemon and serve.
