- Large Ripe Papaya x 1
- Lime x 1
- Coconut Yogurt x 160g
- Granola x 60g
- Blood Orange & Vanilla Marmalade
STEP ONE:
Halve the papaya, discard the seeds. Zest and juice the lime into a small pan over a medium heat with the Blood Orange & Vanilla Marmalade, then spoon the mixture over the papaya. Grill for 8-10 minutes, until the top is caramelised and the papaya is soft. Serve with a generous dollop of yogurt, topped with granola and lime zest
