- Smoked Bacon
- 2 x English Muffins
- Salted Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives
- Kickin' & Smokin' Sauce
- Avocado (optional)
STEP ONE:
Gently fry your smoked bacon rashers in a pan with a small amount of salted butter. Make sure it's to your desired level of crispiness. Butter both sides of your sourdough pieces.
STEP TWO:
To build the sandwich, layer the bacon rashers with slices of brie, a small handful of sliced shallots. Spread a thick layer of Negroni Marmalade on the inside of the top layer of your sandwich.
STEP THREE:
Place the sandwich in your pan, pressing down until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted.
